If you are not satisfied with our product after trying it out according to our product’s instruction and our proven shooting drills. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it. Any wear or damage to the product will not qualify for a return or exchange. It must also be returned in the original packaging; the UPC number on the package must also match our records.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will process returns directly.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@smartshotinventor.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid, correct, and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, refusal, or an address/location that cannot receive deliveries, SmartShotInventor will issue a refund only after the package is returned to us and inspected and confirmed not damaged. Any refund will be reduced by all shipping-related costs (including the original outbound shipping and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier).
Delivered Tracking
Carrier tracking is considered the official record of delivery. Once the tracking information shows “Delivered,” SmartShotInventor will assume delivery has been completed to the address provided. If you believe a package marked “Delivered” is missing, you must contact the carrier immediately to request further delivery details (and check with household members/building management). We can provide supporting shipment documentation upon request, but SmartShotInventor is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier (including loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery) unless the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss in writing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. To exchange the item and receive a replacement, send us an email at customerservice@smartshotinventor.com and send your item to: 1779 Second Avenue, Suite 14G, New York, NY, 10128, United States. We will send a replacement upon receipt of the defective item. We are not responsible for any items we do not receive, therefore you may want to consider a shipping option that offers tracking.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1779 Second Avenue, Suite 14G, New York, NY, 10128, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund as well as $1.50 restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
At SmartShotInventor Direct, we value our international customers and strive to provide the most reliable and transparent shipping options available. While vast majority of all international orders reach their destinations without issue, please carefully review our policy regarding international shipping and refunds before placing your order.
Shipping Method and Risk Disclosure:
We offer two shipping options for international orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS):
USPS First Class International (Uninsured):
This is the most economical option, but it does not include insurance or advanced tracking.Please note: If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, USPS First Class does not offer reimbursement, and as such, SmartShotInventor Direct cannot issue a refund for either the product or shipping costs.
By selecting this option, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
USPS Priority Mail International (Insured & Trackable):
This upgraded option includes insurance and enhanced tracking through USPS.In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, we are able to issue a full refund, including both the product and the shipping cost, upon confirmation through USPS insurance claims.
Important Notes:
These shipping options, insurance policies, and service terms are determined by the United States Postal Service, not SmartShotInventor Direct. We do not control or influence USPS policies, and we cannot be held responsible for their handling or coverage of domestic and international shipments.
We encourage all international customers to consider USPS Priority Mail International for added security and peace of mind.
Some countries deliver directly to the address on the package, other countries hold international packages at the Postal Station for pickup. If your country holds international packages at your local postal station, it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package. Unfortunately we have no control over your country’s rules and regulations. SmartShotInventor Direct is not responsible for notifying you when your package arrives.
Once the package leaves the United States, SmartShotInventor Direct is not able to track the package. The buyer is responsible for knowing their country's laws and regulations that may apply to the purchase, and our company is not responsible for losses or refunds if a product is seized or returned.
Holiday Returns: Purchases made during the holiday season can be returned through January 31st for a refund (item must be unopened in original packaging).
